This luxury condo is located on the 8th floor 2 tower from the ocean, exceptionally spacious and offers the most incredible views of the Pacific Ocean, the Malecon and Downtown Vallarta.

This condo has 3 large bedrooms, 2 with King beds, and the third with a Queen. There are 3 full bathrooms, including a master suite bathroom with a jet tub, full shower, walk-in closet, double sinks and beautiful fixtures. All rooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning throughout the entire condo.

The living room, kitchen and large outdoor terraces join to create the perfect atmosphere for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. Glass sliding doors, can be completely opened to reveal gorgeous ocean views and the perfect gentle breeze. The terraces are huge with a lounge area to enjoy breakfast, read a book or simply kick up your feet and take in the inspiring views. There is an outdoor table for dining, as well as a built-in outdoor grill.


The main living area has a flat screen TV, cable, DVD player and a great stereo system. There is also internet access, wifi throughout.

The gourmet kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, microwave, icemaker, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, complete dishware, cookware and utensils to satisfy all of your needs. There is also within the unit, a high quality washer and dryer.

Outside, take a dip in the vast infinity pool, while listening to the sound of the waves crash. Take an afternoon nap in a handsome hammock strung between the palms in the flawlessly manicured lawns. Take a walk along the artistic River Cuale and experience the charm of the locals.

This complex is oceanfront and located in the Romantic Zone of Vallarta. The Malecon is just steps away and leads to many delicious bistros, exciting nightlife, street performances, famous sculptures and long walks on the beach.

Best Condo Complex in PV

Molino de Agua is a perfectly situated, high-end condo complex between the Romantic Zone and the Malecon (Centro). No car required as so much is walkable, and if needed taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. The unit is comfortable, spacious, and with an 8th floor view in a tower close to the ocean, the views are spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very accommodating.

Best Complex in Romantic Zone

The location can't be beat. Beach across Malecon. Restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Bakery across the street. Grocery store 2 blocks away.The condo is unbelievably spacious. 10 Minute walk to the Mantamar Beach Club and Blue Chairs. Complex is very secure. . Only two units per floor per elevator. Pool is fantastic with a lot of shade at one end and sun at the other.

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

Molina de Agua is the perfect place to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta. The views of the ocean and city are breathtaking! The condo is spacious and the layout is perfect. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool is huge and the perfect place to loung in the sun or shade. The pool bar is great to get a tropical drink and some food . We also appreciated the spacious park like setting around the pool that was beautifully landscaped and maintained. The security at the facility also provided privacy and security. We can't wait to come back again!

Lovely Spacious 8th Floor Condo on Beach

Really spacious condo in Zona Romantica with Primary ensuite and secondary ensuite. 3rd bedroom with bathroom adjacent to kitchen. Beautiful pool and grounds. Very private. Only two units on each floor off of elevator. Very secure building. Wonderful views of the Bay of Banderas, centro PVR and the north shore. Perfect location for restaurants, bars and Los Muertos Beach.

Your castle in the thick of things

Molino de Agua has to be the perfect mix in PV. It is directly on the Malecon, overlooking Rio Cuale, on the beach, and also is a fortress of solitude with the bustle of the Romantic Zone and Old town directly out your door. You won’t need a car (a dicey proposition in this locale unless you’re used to it). There are literally hundreds of eateries within a short walk and dozens of the very best rated restaurants within several blocks or the condo complex. And what a complex it is... one of the most relaxing outdoor environs with an expansive infinity pool, outdoor hammocks and grass areas, and a feeling of calm even during the busy Christmas week when we stayed there. The unit was lovely and large and perfect for the 5 of us. The kitchen is fully outfitted though used seldom due to the gastronomic possibilities just beyond the highly security protected walls of the complex. This one is a no brainer.

Spectaular space

The condo was beautiful and well-stocked, with comfortable beds and a view that ran from Punta de Mita through town. The grounds are meticulously kept, and everyone employed there was friendly and helpful. Great massage spot right across the street, the Malecon and food and bebidas (meaning margaritas) just steps away. Can't go wrong.

The property was fabulous. Sara Dugan was a pleasure to deal with.But I not recommend VRBO.

The unit was beautifully decorated It really was truly magnificent. And in a perfect location in the building. There were an adequate amount of supplies etc. However regarding VRBO, when I had a couple of simple questions after sending in my deposit I called VRBO and they couldn’t even find my reservation, nor could they offer me any information. I was passed from one disinterested agent to the next and ultimately received no information. I spent most of the year wondering if I had even made a reservation. Sandra was a delight to deal with But I will never make a reservation through VRBO again.

If you want to treat yourself to a piece of paradise this is the place to stay. Sitting on the deck every morning watching the dolphins as well as the fisherman from a Birdseye view was magnificent. The on grounds Staff (Juan Carlos) was great. Walking distance to everything you need. If you stay anywhere else you are losing out..

Beautiful & Perfect

This condo was an amazing place to spend a week in Puerto Vallarta, we spent more time in the condomimiums than expected because of the views and the commodities. It is walking distance to many restaurants, vendors and water sports. The staff on site is great and always willing to answer any questions...check in and check out was painless and the staff was awaiting our arrival...which made it personable. Thank you Aurora and Sandra for making our trip one to remember!
