We had a great time at Grand Palladium Vallarta! The staff was amazing, the pools were great, and the shows at night for the kids were so good. Josue, our butler, was fantastic and was very attentive, giving us the schedule of the day every morning and whenever we had a request, he made sure we got what we needed. Our experience at Family Selection was excellent! Our family butler Josue, made the trip especially meaningful. He was able to get medication for a family member who forgot theirs at home, decorated for a birthday and checked in with us daily. Josue seems to really love his job and his genuine desire to help make our stay special was amazing!

The room was clean, the staff was excellent always accommodating, our Family selection Butler Josué always went above and beyond. Our daughters spilled chocolate on her dress the first night and Josué offered to bring a tide to go pen from off the resort and bring it to us.
