The stay started off well, and the onsite staff—including the host and cleaners—were excellent. However, one of the air conditioners broke during our stay, and it took three days to replace it. This caused significant inconvenience, as we had to move people into different rooms.When we contacted the Owner to request some form of compensation, our request was declined. Due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here...

A group of eight of us traveled to PVR and had a fantastic stay at Casa Valentina. The hosts responded within minutes whenever we messaged them. Giovanny, the house manager, checked in often before and during the trip to make sure we had everything we needed, including arranging housekeeping when requested.The pool was perfect for mid-morning, afternoon, and late-night dips. The rooftop was absolutely perfect, the views and vibe made it one of our favorite places to hang out. The entire home felt very high-end!The location couldn’t have been better, just a five-minute walk to the areas where we spent most of our time and close to everything else. Even better, each duo had their own space and bathroom, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy downtime between activities.10/10... highly recommend staying here!

The location is amazing, super close to everything in the Zona Romantica, and the terrace and private pool were so cute. Giovanny and Diana were amazing and took great care of us the whole trip, and this is a place I would definitely book again.
