The apartment is just a few minutes away (15 min walk) from the Malecon and is perfect for families and friends that want to come here and stay in a really typical mexican neighborhood. Being outside of downtown, but still close, It has the benefits of being centrally located without the disadvantage of noisy congested tourist streets.
This typical mexican apartment also has a nice view of the ocean and the mountain side. Aside from this, you would be perfectly located near some of the best seafood restaurants that only locals know, like "Ocho Tostadas"!
The space
The apartment has 2 bedrooms: Queen and Full size beds with wardrobes and closets. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary basic tools for our guests to cook.
The apartment has a Smart TV so you can keep on watching your favorite series on Netflix when you've walked the whole day. Additional speakers are included to make your movies sound better.
The apartment is on the second floor, and on the third floor we have a roof. A table is being delivered, so that you guys can enjoy an outdoor meal or just take the sun.

As it is a private apartment, you have a private access and will be able to enjoy all two floors of it. 2nd floor is the apartment and 3rd floor is the terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in the included chairs. BBQ is also a possibility or making a reunion with friends you might have or recently know in Puerto Vallarta.

Graciela was wonderful the whole way through, very hospitable. We loved the location, it was great to be able to step into the busy touristy areas and also be able to leave to a place that felt more local. The place was clean and as described, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the apartment. It was more beautiful than the pictures showed. Our host then toured us around the neighbourhood, orienting us to shopping, the beach and other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to others who want to stay in Puerto Vallarta, but out of the tourist zone. Main features were the Farmer's Market 2 blocks away (fresh fruit, veggies, tacos, great coffee), the roof top terrace, wonderful restaurants within walking distances.

The pictures of the apartment don't do it justice. It is very well decorated and clean.There are several restaurants nearby and a C-store up the street. The property is on a busy street with buses and trucks. The hot water heater was not on when we arrived so we would suggest start up instructions in Spanish and Engish attached to the heater so we could start it ourself. We tried but did not know how. Instuctions on how to start the stove would also be useful. Unfortueately, there are dogs that barked well into the night but I know the owner has no control over that.

Nice property in a great location
The condo was just as pictured and the location was walking distance to downtown and the beach. The kitchen wasn’t very well-equipped and the owner was slow to respond to our concerns. The roof top has great views and a lot of chairs and loungers but could use some shade in order to be a more useable space. Overall, it was a good stay.

NO air conditioning in living area kitchen and bathroom. Continuous SEWER smell throughout unit. We had week long headaches from sewer smell. NO ability to stream to tv. Had to use upstairs apartment internet for text messaging.

Nice large apartment
We were looking for a place away from the tourist areas because of the all night partying and traffic .This large clean 2 bedroom apartment certainly had the potential to meet our needs. However , being situated in a working class neighborhood it came with it's own noise challenges .Many barking (6-8) dogs and plenty of traffic during waking hours but okay after hours . The roosters in the neighborhood also reminded me of growing up on a farm . lol .The owner was away and we eventually were able to meet up with his friendly mother and gain entrance. Overall a good stay with some really good authentic restaurants nearby and grocery stores and restaurants/ bars all within a short walk or cheap cab ride . We enjoyed our stay
