Beautiful location with plenty of activities and nice resort. However, food is terrible and service is average at best. Buffet food is bland and we got sick after eating first meal at one of the resort restaurants. Can get what you need but don’t count on having drinks refilled or friendly service.

The hotel provided an exceptional experience. Francis at the front desk in the Select area was very helpful, and the staff throughout the property ensured a truly pleasant stay. I will definitely return. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the service was impeccable.

Amal , the receptionist at the front desk of casa marina select, was to say the least, amazing, friendly, efficient, extremely customer service oriented, i wont bore you with the issue i arrived with, but lets just say if not for amal, i would not have had such a pleasant resolution to my problem, she deserves a raise, shes by far your best employee, ps, ricardo was really cool too

Nos quedamos para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa y todo fue extraordinario desde el checking hasta el momento de la triste despedida . Excelente equipo de trabajo todos muy amables desde la recepción con Amal y Ricardo , el espa 10/10 con belkis y Elizabeth y los muchachos del bar en la playa Juan y Sandi super serviciales en todo momento .
