VERY Nice Property BUT The Staff Is What Makes This Place Tops..... I Stayed Here Twice And Created A Family Type Relationship They Knew What I Liked And Didn't... One Of The Staff Members Brought Me Some Fruit From Their Home Because I Couldn't Find It In The Markets Beyond That They Are All Extremely Kind And Client Oriented I ONLY Have One Issue With This Place And That's NOT Always Getting Hot Water In The Showers..... Other Than This The Rooms Are Well Kept VERY Clean And Modern, Great AC, Heavy Drapes, Comfortable Beds/Bedding And All With A Deck/Porch Area Minus The Hot Water Issue I Highly Recommend

The New Garden hotel is located in Sosua not far from the beach, food, and nightlife. The 24 hour security made sure guests feel safe. I had a rental cafe which I was allowed to part in the hotel parking area which was gated. Every time I needed to park my car or retrieve my car no matter the time, it was always accessible. The maid staff were efficient in cleaning the room daily and providing anything I needed.
