"This place was perfect for me and my husband and our 2 teen kids. We use VRBO rentals 2-3 times a year and this was the best provisioned rental ever. The only adjustment was there is no oven but a large toaster oven that was an adjustment. However, it worked great and I even made the best baked potatoes in the Instapot they had plus the charcoal grill was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the showers had good pressure and the washer and dryer were great. The 3 kayaks, one is a two person, allowed us to all go out together and the small islands dotting the coastline and the waterways of Leisure Lee were so much fun to explore. The bathroom on the lower level with all the beach toys was so handy. The beach it sits on is a little rocky but you can walk for a mile in either direction and there are lots of great sandy spots to explore. There is construction next door but there is only ever one or two people there working and we never heard any noise. The few neighbors are super nice but most days we saw more sea turtles than people. The water is so clear we saw tons of healthy coral, sting Ray, dolphins, starfish and conch. The island is definitely remote but they have a great grocery store Maxwells in Marsh Harbor and a quick shop and liquor store just up the road. Aqua de Vista is the best place on the whole island!!!"
