Clean room, nice overall hotel. Issues with shower, uncontrollable cold-hot flow. Needed to call for simple maintenance issues. For a high end hotel, they were cheap in supplying 4 bath towels instead of just 2. Limited supply of hand bar soap and bath soap.

The room was spotless and smelled great. I booked a room on the 5th floor with a balcony with a city/ park view, it was amazing.. the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean and upkept . It was definitely the right choice to stay there while I visited Puebla.

A lovely hotel in a great location. We were particularly happy with the heated pool where our daughter could swim even when it was a little gray or chilly outside. Continental breakfast was perfect too!
