Rooms were clean, nice beds, no house keeping which was fine. Awesome pool. My biggest complaint was that the restaurant and bar opened at 3pm daily and was completely closed on Tuesday. There are lots of vacation rentals in the area the restaurants on the property need to be open, there are not enough restaurants nearby.

The resort was beautiful. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The person who checked us in didn’t give us directions to our room( only a map) and she didn’t tell us there was a service to take us to room. The resort is very big. We could find our room, until a staff member on a cart took us to our room.

Beautiful property sitting right on Hanalei Bay. Views of the mountains at sunset during dinner at the pizza restaurant were breathtaking. Not too far from hiking trails. I’m an outdoors person so this location was ideal for me. I was able to take the shuttle from the Makai Club to Haena State Park. The Maika Club was only a mile away. I loved every moment of being at this resort. There’s a koi fish pond right in front at check in and at night there’s tiki torches that light the property. It’s such a unique resort that pays special attention to detail.
