Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family really enjoyed the walkability from the house to beaches and restaurants and spending time just viewing the mountains, waterfalls and hawaiian foliage from the lanai.

Excellent house, Excellent Location! My wife and I enjoyed the very comfortable house with tremendous views and really enjoyed the air conditioning after our days at the beaches.

Excellent communication with host. Clean and up-to-date property with wonderful view of the mountains overlooking Hanalei. Extra separate room makes this a great property for older bedroom or separate couple.

the house was spacious and clean. the view from the lanai was incredible. We have been to Kauai multiple times and have always stayed in Princeville and this house was our favorite.

House with dreamy views

Amazing, comfortable and well-stocked house in the heart of the north shore. Great beds and the guest cottage was key for traveling with our two noisy boys!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great stay at this house, it had literally everything we could have needed! I do have to mention because it did effect our stay a bit, the neighbor who lives in the first house when you pull into the shared drive way is quite rude.She made multiple rude comments to us just for being in the drive way (walking past and "making her dog bark" and expressed her aggravation with having renters in this house) Other than that our stay was so great, such comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach gear!

True Gem overlooking a jungle/mountain paradise

This house exceeded all our expectations. The view is out of this world!! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect home base for a fabulous vacation.

The main house and the views are definitely 5 stars. Incredible views and a wonderful place to stay and enjoy paradise with family. The lanai was lovely. The area was quiet. I really can’t say enough great things about the main house; however, I have to say I struggled with whether to rate this place 4 or 5 stars because of the guest cottage. It smelled a bit like mold. The handle was coming off the toilet. The bed broke one night, and we had to prop it up with rocks. The host did send a handyman out to try to fix it, but the rocks were still doing the heavy lifting. I hope the host replaces the bed frame. I would stay here again, but I might hesitate if I had anyone in my party who had allergies if they were going to stay in the guest cottage.

We had a fantastic stay at this home! Tucked away on a quiet street with beautiful views, it still offers the convenience of being within walking distance to Hanalei Resort—perfect for easy (and delicious) pizza pickup.The main house is spacious and comfortable, with a great dining and gathering area that’s ideal for families. Our three girls especially loved the backyard, and we spent every morning relaxing on the back porch, soaking in the beautiful scenery.The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful—I accidentally left behind a valuable item, and they went out of their way to locate it and ship it back to me. Truly above and beyond—thank you!This place is perfect for couples traveling together or small families looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat.Quick tip: the fridge is a bit fancy! The filtered water dispenser is hidden behind a panel in the door—it took me longer than I’d like to admit to figure it out, so hopefully this saves someone else the trouble!
