The entire staff give the white glove treatment. A young man (and elevator attendant) carried all of our bags to our room. Each day everyone greeted us with a smile and kind, welcoming words. Carla (our bartender) was an amazing host, always making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. The room, albeit small, was very well appointed and extremely charming. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a block off the square and Whiskey Row. The huge lobby area is full of antiques and lots of history and charm as well. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are very friendly there as well. We just had appetizers there but they were delicious! This is a very charming and friendly hotel and we wil always stay here when visiting Prescott!

Its A nice place to stay when in Prescott. Parking was pretty easy, I didnt even have to use the hotel"s lot. The downstairs area is very interesting, with A restaurant on 3 decending levels. And the lobby is large with antique piano and furniture. Fun place to stay

Disappointing

I loved that this is a very historic hotel, still has an original Otis elevator that the bell man takes you up on. Loved the pretty lobby and old fashioned feel but I was disappointed by our room. I booked one of the nicest suites with a king bed, it was a larger room and was supposed to come with a complimentary bottle of wine and a garden view. We did not receive either. Our view was of an ugly roof air conditioning vent system and there was no bottle of wine, when I asked the front desk, they just said sorry there was a mistake, no wine for us! The biggest issues were, the gross, pungent smell in our room, we had to buy a candle and light it to take away the smell, or at least mask it. Our room door was old and separated from the frame so we could hear everyone in the hallway slamming doors and talking as they went to their rooms. The disgusting carpets need to be replaced. That would help the smell. The rooms need updating. I don’t know if I’d stay here again.

Beautiful property! They still have the old elevator that needs to be operator by a person...so cool. Art Deco inside hotel, rooms & restaurant. Live music of one guy with a guitar on the patio from 5-8pm was wonderful and they served food & drinks out there. Rooms were comfortable and nice. This was my first time staying there but I'll definitely stay there again! 5*****

The room, was beautiful just a little small, but I guess you get what you pay for the only thing that was a little weird was the shower the way that the curtains were set up you couldn’t take a comfortable shower but other than that everything was beautiful everyone so friendly from front desk to room service. The only issue was just a bartender we had to keep flagging her down to get her to take our order even though she wasn’t busy when we got there we were going to order dessert, but decided against it because she couldn’t be bothered to ask us if we needed anything else

Honestly, it's like walking from a current timeline straight in to the past! Once you walk through the doors and start looking around, they have kept the aesthetics AND much of the actual decor and such...giving a historic feel. It's beautiful and inviting and the staff was absolutely friendly and accommodating. Obviously, there may be a few things off and on, noticeable things needing some attention in the rooms...we had a fabulous time and beds were comfy. I will stay here again!

It was very nice. No fridge or microwave, like in most hotels. But Everyone was very nice, smiled and welcomed us. Our room was good, right above the court yard. Great view.
