The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances, dining room, family room and living room with space for all, as well as outdoor area with patio furniture and BBQ to enjoy the summer weather. It is located right next to Southside Park for plenty of space for kids to play.

Great place in Powell

Stayed here for a family gathering for a high school graduation. The house is very spacious and has all you could need. Communication with owners was quick and easy. An odd smell was a concern, owner assured us it would be investigated.

Everything was fine. With the dark linoleum used for the floor, you need to put some type of tape where it steps down. I had a near mis by the kitchen.
