Villa Settemari is a splendid prestigious residence designed to offer a stay characterised by comfort, functionality and elegance.

The structure develops across spacious and welcoming environments, wisely distributed between a living area ideal for conviviality and a sleeping area designed to guarantee maximum privacy.

The beating heart of the home is represented by a bright living room that invites relaxation and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas hob and everything necessary to prepare meals independently.

The interior spaces dialogue harmoniously with the exterior thanks to a delightful private terrace, a perfect corner to enjoy the mild coastal climate and spend pleasant moments in the open air.

The sleeping area has been studied in meticulous detail and comprises three independent bedrooms, each equipped with its own private en-suite bathroom to eliminate any logistical stress and comfortably accommodate up to eight people.

The first room is a charming double bedroom, extremely versatile thanks to the possibility of being transformed into a twin bedroom with single beds upon guests' request; the space is completed by a spacious wardrobe and a window-balcony which, through the passage stairs, leads directly to the small terrace.

The second room is a spacious and comfortable triple, furnished with a double bed that is also separable if needed and a single bed.

The third bedroom, extraordinarily bright and panoramic, is a comfortable double bedroom equipped for the addition of an extra bed if necessary; enriching this space, in addition to the wardrobe and a characteristic decorative fireplace that adds a touch of romantic charm from times past.

Every single practical and technological aspect has been carefully considered to offer a completely carefree and seamless stay experience. The entire villa is indeed equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi connection, independent air conditioning systems and modern televisions installed in all rooms.

To serve daily needs, there is a practical washing machine, a hairdryer and a set with ironing board and iron.

Thanks to the perfect modularity of its beds, the presence of private bathrooms in every room and the charm of its terrace, Villa Settemari presents itself as the ideal choice for large families or groups of friends seeking an exclusive holiday, combining the independence of a private villa with the highest standards of comfort and privacy.

We had a wonderful time staying here! We traveled with my son and in-laws and the accommodations were perfect. Spacious 3 bedroom, and the views are stunning! We loved the balcony and spent time out there relaxing and playing cards and enjoying the beauty of Positano! Our check-in host was extremely helpful. It is no joke that Positano is a vertical city so stairs everywhere, but if you are with someone who struggles with stairs there is a bus that drops off once an hour right outside the place. You can always take a cab but cabs in the city were pretty expensive. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Great Place in Positano

My friends and I stayed at this villa for a wedding in the city center. It is higher up (be ready for stairs!) but the view was exceptional and the place was beautiful. Our host Valerio was so accommodating and helpful with any issues or questions. Would happily stay here again when we visit Positano again!

The property has a wonderful view of all of Positano. The hosts especially Valerio was super helpful and took good care of us. It’s a clean home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Nice kitchen and dining areas inside and on terrace. It’s a bit high up from town center so plan either to walk a lot or take buses and / or taxis.

Great Location and Attentive Host

Perched high up in Positano, this property has one of the best views in town! It is about a 20-minute hike up and down each day to the waterfront, which I enjoyed tremendously. The host was also able to arrange private transfer as well as tours. There was a minor miscommunication but the matter resolved eventually. I will stay there again!

Unique property with a fantastic view

Located high in the hills of Positano, this property offers a great vantage point to the town below. The walk to and from the city center is pretty strenuous, so if you are physically able, the bus system or cab is likely the best option and the bus stop is right outside the door. We typically walked and it took roughly 20 minutes each way. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we would absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

Don't Overlook This Villa

Yes, it's high on the cliffs of Positano but well worth the stay. The villa is very clean, has a great kitchen, a nice view and comfortable beds. Our family had averaged 45 flights of stairs a day in Ravello so this place was a breeze. There is a bus stop literally right out front to take you to the beach. It's the Corvo stop and isn't listed on the bus schedule. It comes once an hour. If you walk down stairs to the street below the bus comes every twenty minutes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous Views - Good Value!

Beautiful accomodation, perfect for 3 couples, we had a room and bathroom each, aircon in all rooms, TV with Netflix, espresso machine!!! and basic cooking supplies. Very clean and comfortable we loved it! The host was incredibly helpful with check in flexibility, advice, booking tours/transfers and checking in to ensure our stay was perfect. I will definitely recommend to friends and family, and stay here again if I’m ever in the area! Thanks to Vincenzo and Rafaella for your help. Be aware, It’s up on the hill, it’s in the booking description so no surprise! It would be difficult for people who have mobility issues as often the public bus was far between or too full to take us so we did the stairs from the centre or beach all the way up a few times, caught the bus a few times. I would recommend for arrival departure either getting private transport to drop you off right there or hiring a porter service to take your bag.
