You enter the grand building via a communal entrance and take the lift up to the third floor. Upon entering down the hallway there is a fully equipped kitchen to the right with a washing machine, tumble dryer, plenty of shelf space and a full fridge freezer. On the left of the hallway there is a large master bedroom with a TV and fabulous views out to sea. There is a walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for guests to hang clothes. There is a family bathroom with bath over the shower, then on to the main living room which has the view of the spinnaker tower, the harbour and Old Portsmouth itself. There is a large smart TV, two comfy sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. There is a dining room table and chairs and side board with books and local info available. Please note that the property is not suitable for children under 10yrs old.
The property has it's own secured parking space and a lift up to the front door. Access around the area here is mostly by foot as it's so close to all the attractions.

**Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is permitted from 4 pm onward, and check-out is scheduled for 10 am. Requests for late check-outs and early check-ins can be made during the booking process, subject to availability and with a minimal fee.
**Important Notice: Unfortunately this property is not suitable for guests with children under 8 due to potential noise to our neighbours. Reasonably good but smelly
The communication was excellent. The location is pretty good. Our main issue is that the apartment was smelly - either cooking or cigarette smell. Even after 2 days the smell was still there.

Just the best!
My husband and I have been on a three-week holiday and during that time, have stayed in 4 or 5 different properties. While all were more than adequate, this property had everything going for it. It was the best appointed, the best provisioned, the roomiest, the most comfortable and homelike of any of the properties. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see and experience. I could easily live full time in this apartment and consider it my home.
