Large contemporary kitchen w/all the amenities including a gas cook top open to the living/dining area. 750 sq. ft. fully furnished patio w/grill, two kayaks w/life preservers, outdoor shower enclosure and 1 mile to the bay side semi private Montaup G.C. The three BR's are complimented by a 600 sq. ft. bonus room containing a double futon and large sofa for the kids to game, play in and sleep. The master BR suite has a 5 piece bathroom incl. a jacuzzi tub. Small work-from-home office space off kitchen, full cable TV, CD & BlueRay player w/hi fidelity sound system indoors and on patio.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player.
