No breakfast despite the fact, they advertised a breakfast. No coffee in the room just a communal coffee stand. They sent me to a breakfast couple miles away. I used the breakfast diner next-door. Food was excellent.
When i entered the humid, wet, smelly lobby I was greeted with "I just sold your room". I've never been happier.
The Rte 1 traffic noise was pretty noticeable even with the windows closed

The facility had been recently painted. The room was clean and updated. Staff was pleasant. Continental breakfast was fresh. I would stay there again. Excellent value for the price.

Was decent, busy. 3 levels and the people above us were loud but otherwise a great stay.
Friendly staff. Small lobby is a bit dated, but rooms are nicely renovated. Swimming pool is right behind the lobby--strange, but ok. Parking was great. Hotel is only a 15-minute drive from outlet mall--and great clam chowder--in Maine.

Hi Jessica, You made a reservation with a credit card on file for a GUARANTEE to hold the room, which was DECLINED. This room was held for you until 8 P.M. We sold the room at 8:52 P.M. Our front desk staff left you a voicemail that you chose not to respond. That is the reason why the room was released and resold.
