Very clean and convenient

Building was out dated and not well maintained. Rooms were not clean well between guess. Front desk was closed in afternoon and evening. No way fresh towels. Hanging plans were nice to look at but the terrible oder of mildew was awful. We stayed on the first floor, exterior noise when guesses above were in.

The location was great away from the larger crowds, but still across the street from the beach. The hotel was very outdated and dirty. It smelled very strong like musty/moldy wet towel and the bathroom smelled like urine. There was also a used bar of soap and used/dirty towel left in the bathroom, which means it clearly was not cleaned. In a time of the covid pandemic, i would have expected more. Do not recommend.

We arrived, put our bags in the room and went to enjoy the pool. Half the pool was filled with bugs but we enjoyed part of it. When we returned from dinner there was lots of commotion and festivities happening in the common areas. While that’s fine; there is no sound proofing. We went into the room and looked around and were disgusted. This is absolutely unacceptable. We turned the air on and so much dust came out my son’s eyes began to water and he started coughing; requiring Benadryl as he has a dust allergy. Putting that aside, we were so disgusted by the room that we did not feel comfortable staying there. There are dark red/brown spots on the kitchen floor that resemble blood; there is a thick coating of dust and grime all over the room. The chairs and walls are filthy. Stains covered the chairs in the room; rust all over the kitchen. Stains on the ceiling. We checked in at 230pm and left to go home at 815p. I am still waiting to hear from the motel

Although the location and staff were great, it could not make up for certain things. There. We're dirty dishes in the microwave, stained walls and carpets and a mildewed shower curtain. There was also, no clock or phone in the room and I did not want to walk up & down 3 flights of stairs to complain everytime we found something else. Fortunately, it was a quick overnight trip, less than 12 hours or we would have left after one night

My biggest issue was the code they gave us to open our door was the same code I found on a different paper that was left in our room from a previous guest in the bedside table drawer!!! How unsafe is that! They don't change the code?! Also, we paid extra for a room with a balcony but I didn't know we shared it with everyone else, the only thing separating was a short railing. The hotel itself was gross. The counter was rotting, plaster on the walls was exposed, springs were poking out of the mattress. The bathroom sink was outside the very tiny bathroom. Watch out then you open the hotel room door cause you might trip over the beds. There were people above us who were partying till 3am and I kept waking up, luckily my infant and toddler didn't wake! At checkout, no one was at the desk, and no one showed up when I rang the bell. We will not be returning to this hotel!!!

Hello and I want to apologize for your experience with us, but I'm trying to place which room you could have possibly been in due to your description. None of our chairs are fabric, so they wouldn't be stained and our pool isn't open at the end of September. Did you come down to the office at any point to let us know about the condition of your room? We take reviews like this very seriously and don't often get reviews saying that our rooms are dirty. We have a fantastic housekeeping staff that work very hard and are complimented daily be our guests.
