Muito bom, localização e atendimento top

Foi incrível, atendentes super atenciosos, nos ajudaram muito, pois chegamos mais cedo, minha mala ficou perdida no voo e tivemos que esperar um tempo para entrar no quarto. Mas tivemos total auxilio dos recepcionistas a todo instante que precisamos. Agradeço a todos pela hospitalidade conosco. Nota 10, recomendo.

O café da manhã é bom, a limpeza também, atendimento ótimo, porém o ar-condicionado estava sujo, juntaram duas camas de solteiro para formar uma de casal, colchões péssimos, estadia não muito legal.

O Hotel é meia boca, precisa de algumas melhorias como por exemplo a quantidade de canais de TV, Wi-Fi muito ruim, um frigobar melhor e manutenção das áreas internas e externas. Os funcionários tem boa vontade, são simpaticos e atendem muito bem.

COMODIDADE POR SER FRENTE A PRAIA

Primeiro dia me colocaram em um quarto, com muito barulho e acomodações ruim , geladeira muito antiga fazia um barulho horrível, o ar condicionado tbm muito antigo barulhento; precisei reclamar e ainda tive uns contra tempo para que mudassem de quarto. No check aut .. foi horrível não me deram nem se quer um periodo de tolerância , pessoal da limpeza ficou na porta do quarto me pressionando para sair , e o funcionário da recepção solicitou que eu desocupasse a suite , dizendo que eu não tinha período de tolerância , um horror .

Hotel próximo a praia e comércio "feirinha".

Atravessando a rua em frente ao hotel que na verdade é um rodovia estadual há um farto comércio popular para um agradável passeio onde se pode comprar desde roupas, artesanato até alimentos. Também tem pequenos restaurantes, sorveterias e em frente ao mar as famosas barracas de praias. O ponto negativo foi acordar cedo com barulho e conversas de hospedes e funcionários nas áreas comuns.

Hotel próximo a pontos turísticos.

Local estratégico para visitas a feirinha indígena e visita a Cabrália. O hotel tem uma estrutura adequada, porém deixa a desejar em algumas coisas. Deixou a desejar no atendimento e na questão de abastecimento da água aquecida. Levei meu filho de 1 ano e 8 meses e tivemos dificuldade para conseguir utilizar a água quente para o banho.

Gostei do hotel Coroa Bella, localização excelente, perto da bela praia de Coroa Vermelha, em frente a feirinha de artesanato , varios restaurantes ao redor. Facil locomoção a outros lugares. O Hotel atendeu minhas expectativas, localização excelente, atendimento excelente, não imaginaria que seria tão bem atendido, café da manhã muito bacana, porém algumas comodidades deixaram a desejar, o wi fi não funciona bem, velocidade muita baixa e não é em todos locais que pega, o banheiro é um pouco pequeno e a água custa a esquentar, às vezes tinha que deixar o chuveiro ligado 5 minutos até que a água esquente...enfim, devido ao preço bem bacana e ótimas condições de pagamento que eu tive, recomendo à qualquer um que queira economizar, a localização é excelente e supera algumas coisinhas ruins..

A localização é muito boa, os funcionários educados e atenciosos, a piscina tem áqua aquecida, tem ônibus na porta para Porto Seguro. Pode-se entrar com alimentos e bebidas no hotel. O quarto que fiquei fica de frente para a rua que tem muito barulho à noite, melhor optar pelos quartos dos fundos do hotel. O ar condicionado não funcionou no primeiro dia, reclamei e consertaram.
