Razoável por falta de luz nas tomadas, chuveiro sem energia e secador com tomada não funcionando. Trocaram dijuntor mas ao três tomarem banho, caia a energia e o secador não funcionava. Ao chover forte , goteira no chalé.

Instalações muito antigas

Ponto positivo para a limpeza, localização e presteza dos funcionários, que são simpáticos e solícitos. Serviço de limpeza satisfatório, sendo realizado a cada dois dias, com lençóis e toalhas limpos e cheirosos. Café da manhã atende bem, embora o sistema de servir seja meio estranho: vc pega apenas os pães e as bebidas no buffet, o restante os funcionários é que servem pra vc... Ponto negativo para as acomodações, que são muito antigas, teto muito baixo, vc quase encosta a cabeça e os colchões horríveis, finos como papel, que fazem vc sentir o estrado das camas, corpo amanhece dolorido... Essa foi uma das razões que nos fizeram adiantar o check-out e perder uma diária... Eu esperava mais pelo preço.

Acolhimento do pessoal do restaurante e variedades ótimos, atendimento na recepção muito bom, os quartos bons, mas o ventilador do teto estava quebrado e mesmo com ar condicionado passamos calor. Estes itens deveriam ser revisados antes da chegada d cliente, pois, poderia ter providenciado a troca, ficamos 4 dias nessa situação. Recomendo a pousada e retornaremos com certeza!!

Boa localização, bem próximos às barracas de cora vermelha, café da manhã variado e atendimento muito bom . Tive problema no ar do meu quarto e me trocaram sem transtorno. Poderia melhorar a estrutura dos quartos . Tem aspecto de velho e são antigos. Falta tomadas e decoração antiga. A título de melhoria , de resto , bom custo-benefício.

A área entre os chalés é muito agradável e super receptiva aos pets. Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. O café da manhã maravilhoso, bem farto. Sem contar a localização, só atravessar a BR que chegamos à praia. Eu frequento Porto Seguro desde criança, mas só agora descobri essa pousada e virarei freguesa!
