The place is very clean, quiet, nice staff and close to public transport. The only thing I did not like is the shower. It’s tiny! Specially compared to the size of the bathroom and bedroom. Not a lot of food/dining options within walking distance but has great public transport close by.

Staff were phenomenal. There is no dining room so breakfast is brought to your room. Breakfast brought up exactly at time ordered. We had a car so arranged in advance for parking spot to be reserved. Highly reccomended.

Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette and for a decent price they would even bring breakfast to your room. You have dirty dishes and no dish soap to wash them? No problem, they'll wash them for you. Most of their staff very nice and smiley. Recommended.

Just amazing!!

Amazing appart hôtel! Very clean and modern. The appart are spacious and very well decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Maria and Daniella!! In a great location in Porto, we will definitely be back there. It was awesome!

While a little out of city centre, it was an easy bus ride. A nice neighbourhood. Not too far from the airport also added convenience. Our shower was a little tight but our friends room had a shower that had ample space. Super clean and comfortable!

Overall we are very happy with this place. It is situated in a residential area and we had a very quiet time in the nights, I disturbed sleeps. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful especially Juan and Daniela are very helpful and welcoming. We definitely recommend this place.

Positive: very comfortable queen sized bed, cleanliness, good modern layout, veranda on the quiet side of the property, effective air-con, positive and helpful English-speaking satff, daily efficient room cleaning, good location (for road links, airport, nearby petrol station, supermarket and good restaurants at v. reasonable prices, located in nice area), very good price for room. Negative: no coffee pot, no separate sheet if too hot in the night, no dishwashing equipment (recommend to bring your own), no wine-glasses (though they did supply these when asked), no cork-screw (recommend to bring your own), shower cubicle a bit small, no book or sheet of instructions (eg how to work the cooker, basic TV channels, proper fire safety instructions other than small diagram on back of door, list of extra charges). NB for us, the positives far out-weigh the negatives: would recommend this appart'hotel 100%.
