We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was brilliant and clean. We appreciated the air conditioning in the heat! The staff were so helpful. The apartment was at the top of a steep hill so gave us a daily workout but was close to the centre where there were plenty of places to eat. Close to the river too. A great base. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Surprisingly amazing

An amazing place, clean, a huge room, very good location in town, quiet and very friendly staff. Dairy housekeeping at guest option. Just go with light luggage. No elevator in the house. 😅

Great location, nice little apartment, BUT…. The bathroom was terrible. The door opened in against the toilet. To access the toilet, we had to jump into the shower to close the door. When one used the shower it flooded the bathroom. Not safe, and very uncomfortable to use. Do not get apartment 304, unless this problem is solved. Even scarier, the hair dryer blew up and I was standing in a pool of water. I was assured the bathroom passed planning codes. Other than that, it was charming and the staff, when on site were lovely. I would not recommend this place for older or big people. The stairs are very steep, as in very high steps. Good workout pulling up bags. Great location to explore from and places to eat.

Great experience. Felt very safe and the space was incredibly clean. Had an iron which was a plus. Staff were so nice and helpful. We were very happy with our stay. The room looked exactly like the website photos. The location was convenient-close enough to walk to all the sites without being right in the middle of a touristy area. The nearby lookout was busy at night and a wee bit noisy, but not too late and nothing that was every bothersome at all. Also, no elevator on site-fine for us but it could matter for others. All staff were great (Pietro) and the communications leading up to the our stay to help with our planning were prompt and always helpful. Highly recommend.

Staff were excellent always happy to help and even brought our luggage up to our room which was great as the first flight has very high steps so if you have difficulty with stairs this isn’t the place for you. The rooms had lots of light but the sofa had no arms so not very comfortable. The rooms is sparsely furnished with no side tables to put a drink on. The bathroom needs a complete renovation as there is no fan and the water from the shower which is only partially enclosed goes everywhere. The doors on the bathroom and cabinets are very water damaged. Overall the location wasn’t bad but we would never stay there again as it just wasn’t comfortable.

This apartment was so great. Tons of room for our family of 4. The place was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! We really loved how the staff communicated through WhatsApp, it made everything about our stay so easy and I wish this was the norm for all places! Convenient location, walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. Cutest brunch place next door with the kindest owners who were so good with our children. Highly recommend!

Me and my friend absolute loved our stay in Porto. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They are available 24 hours a day for any questions. The apartment is beautiful, and very homely. No faults at all, we both loved it. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Porto.

STAY AWAY!! I made the mistake of booking a non refundable room & they tried to extort me!! Apparently, since it’s non refundable you’re “stuck” paying whatever extra charge they make up. When I refused to pay the extra charges, they told me “your reservation was non refundable so if you leave you won’t get a refund". They REFUSE to refund me and we didn’t even stay there! I am appalled and will never stay in any of their hotels. There are many other options in that area. Also, there are only 3 parking spots and they are taken quickly. Parking is an extra charge per day and the nearest lot is a 10 min walk. Lastly, keep on mind that the hotel is on a very steep hill.

Quirky but cute place with amazing staff!

This apartment was really cute-had sufficient light on the rainy days, at least one one side of the place. It would have been nice to have a real door for the 2nd bedroom rather than a curtain. The bathroom stayed very wet despite a fan, so that was kind of annoying. There was a lot of noise with people coming and going at all hours of the night. Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay and the location. There is a cute cafe next door and a beautiful place to watch the sunset just up (yes, even further up!) the street. One of the best parts about this place was the staff-super friendly and helpful (obrigada Leshia!). They were so easy to communicate with before the trip and very accommodating.
