For the price the location was quite nice. One area that was my only real gripe is that the power to the room would regularly shut off. If you plugged in anything more than 3 items into the wall the power dies. Let alone if you use the hairdryer too much it dies as well. Overall decent experience though.

Very dirty, no reception desk, no place for bags when you arrive early they direct you to the train station for that. You can hear your neighbours snoring, and the cleaning ladies in their phones as they “clean”. We put our sign to make up the room at 1030am and they never came. don’t recommend.

Clean, spacious, good AC. No front desk reception, but can easily contact someone via messaging system. Limited toiletries provided. On a very steep hill, but very close to shopping by Sao Bento Station. Elevator is very small.

Cons: - The facility's sound system was not great, the floors creaked and the walls are thin so we could hear the units around us. - There was only one elevator that fits one person with a suitcase, so there could be a long wait time to use the elevators. - There's no receptionist but there's a live chat that works during certain hours. I left them a message during off hours but they didn't reply at all. - The toiletries supply was limited - they gave 2 small bottles of 2in1 Shampoo+body wash, no conditioner. You can ask for more upon request. - There's eight luggage storage space at the hotel and they're first come first serve, if its full, they recommend you to storage it lockers at the train station. Pro: - Location was good, the area is quiet at night and it's walkable to many places. - Clean - housekeeper did a good job with the cleaning.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The shower was broken—water was leaking from the showerhead, and the drain was completely clogged, causing the shower to flood the bathroom floor every time we tried to use it. The sink barely worked for washing hands, but the main problem was the shower flooding the entire floor. The toilet seat was broken, and when we tried to reach out to customer service (which is only available on WhatsApp due to virtual check-in), no one responded for the entire 48 hours we were there. There is literally no one at a front desk ever. After hours of begging, the cleaning lady finally let us use her phone to contact someone—but then took her phone away, leaving us stranded again. Only after we became extremely angry did she contact her boss. After endless negotiation, we were allowed to shower in another room, but were never given a new room. They promised to send a technician to unclog the shower, but nothing was actually done during our stay. The room itself was tiny, cramped, and poorly maintained. It was not fully clean, with toilet paper leftover from previous guests, dirt, and general neglect. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Customer service was nonexistent, the rooms are ridiculously small, and the facilities are in terrible condition. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. Horrible experience.

Perfect for parking your bags and travelling around Porto. Maybe not the best hotel if you don’t know Portugal well as youll need a hotel staff to guide you and this is an automated hotel. But if you seen other cities and get the gist of Portugal then this is perfect. Walk down the river, nod and smile at random British people youll see just to see if they are cool about the whole Boston tea party thing and just go chill.

The room itself was quite large and spacious, which was a nice surprise, and it included a generously sized closet. One of the windows offered a lovely view, which we appreciated during our stay. A major downside, however, was the bathroom sink — it was badly clogged from the start. Despite reaching out via the WhatsApp contact posted in the room, we received no response during our entire four-day stay. The sink would overflow quickly, making basic tasks like shaving, brushing teeth, or even washing hands for more than 20 seconds frustrating and messy. The shallow basin and poor drainage significantly impacted our overall experience. There was spackling visible on nearly every wall, which made the room feel a bit unfinished. On a positive note, we were able to store our bags in a secure locker upon arrival before check-in, which was convenient. The location was also quite good — about a 5–10 minute walk to the nearest subway station and close to the train station. It was easy to get to the water and walk around the city from there, making it a great base for exploring Porto.

Very clean. Nice bathroom. Good for the price. Really easy to check in. Lockers available to leave luggage which is really appreciated. Only thing is we had a problem with the electricity and the staff were no help at all, telling us that it wasn’t their problem. So the costumer service is not good. They answered quickly on WhatsApp tho.

No check in staff. So make sure you have email availability on arrival. Room was compact. But had a balcony's with 2 chairs. Adequate bathroom. Hotel was clean and tidy. Is on a steep hill. So definately no good for lesser abled people. Good value for money. Good location.
