this hotel has a hidden gem. if you want good service, a smile and extra effort to make your stay very pleasant you must see Jasmine at the front desk. Her recommendations were on point. She went out of her way to contact us acting as a concierge for the hotel, although probably not paid as a concierge. whatever we needed she was there to help it. She took a day off and it was not a good experience, but she was back the next day to make it all better. As far as the hotel, it was pretty nice. the food was OK and the place was clean and spacious easy walk to all the bridges and tourist things. Port tasting and great food I must say watch out for the cobblestone streets. They have a lot of potholes as I hit one and fell on my knee and face.

The hotel was very central to everything. We loved the view of the bridge from our room. The only thing we had a problem was that the hotel did not have a restaurant to have dinner.

The hotel itself was amazing. Staff could not have been more helpful. They have a great breakfast and then the bar stays open late if you need to be on property. It is located down by the riverfront so you do need to walk uphill, but other than that it’s amazing.
