We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it by another night! The rooms were comfortable and charming. The tavern was a great spot for dinner & a drink, and the staff for the inn were all so friendly and helpful and even gave local recommendations. We felt so welcome! We also enjoyed rocking in the rocking chairs in the porch. There is a French bakery behind the inn and we enjoyed it for breakfast each morning. And we also enjoyed walking through the historic district, which is convenient to the inn. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful New England Inn!

Such a unique and beautiful historic, quintisential New England building! Loved hearing about the history of the Inn as well as the 3 ghosts that live there! The only suggustion I would make is to upgrade the mattresses, bedding and pillows.

Beautiful old Inn, staff was really great! Had a really nice dinner in the Tavern as well. Room was pretty and sufficient but strange there’s no small fridge, microwave or coffee offered in the room. Other than that we would stay again. Maybe after the ice rink closes (music playing all night).

Loved our stay.

Loved this place. Just what you want in an Inn. Great bar and happy hour. Great coffee and cookies. Skating rink right beside Inn. Bring your skates. French bakery in the back of the building. Dog friendly.

This place is an old historic building. The biggest complaint was that I could not get hot water. So, I had to shower @ my daughter’s home. Very in convenient. I would not stay there again.
