Great house all around. Vacationed with 4 children - age 6 & under, 3 parents & 4 grandparents. Plenty of space for all. The pool was amazing, kitchen well appointed. Would certainly rent again.

Perfect family vacation home

This spacious and comfortable house was perfect for our family of eleven, including four children. The pool was a big success, sparkling clean with available water toys for the kids. Parson’s Beach is a short drive away and although there is limited parking, we had no problems accessing it. With plenty of amenities on and in the property, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Beautiful tranquil private location close to major famous conservation areas and trails, and close to Parson's Beach. House is new and well maintained, as is the amply sized pool. Spacious kitchen, family room and dining room for family congregation. Back deck is comfortable and has a large retractable awning for mid-day sun. Very close drive to Kennebunk, Wells and Kennebunkport. Deer and turkey roam in the woods surrounding the property, to the amusement of our family. Enjoyed the stay. If vacationed in area again would use same location.

Making Memories in Maine!

Our wonderful experience with this property began before we even arrived! The communication with Jamie, the property manager, was outstanding and he went above and beyond not only answering our questions and offering suggestions but also by helping us coordinate the delivery of some baby equipment. The house was well equipped and large enough for our family of twelve (seven adults and five children under the age of eight). We enjoyed all the home's amenities...the beautiful pool, workout room, back deck and grill, just to name a few....And while the property is private and surrounded by beautiful woods (the kids loved seeing both deer and wild turkeys), it's in a great location. Close to Parsons Beach which we went to several times and also both Kennebunk and Kennebunkport where we spent lots of time exploring, shopping and of course eating. We had a wonderful week in Maine and hope to return again soon!

Beautiful area- wonderfully appointed house. The ticks were a nuisance but we got pretty good at checking for them. I think you need to expect that when you’re in the woods! The beach was wonderful too

Family Birthday Celebration

We were here to celebrate a special birthday with kids and grandkids from around the country. The house worked well for each family. We could be together in the generous living room, dining area, or on the outside deck or around the pool or hot tub. The house was quiet, but easily accessible to entertainment and restaurant facilities in the area. We had an issue with the toilet, and a repair person arrived within an hour. It was a great week of us all.

Nice Place for a Family Gathering

We stayed here in mid-August 2023: Grandma, Grandpa (me), our two adult children, their spouses and one child each. This is a very nice home and our property manager (Jamie) was very good to deal with. We did have one significant problem, a kitchen range that didn't work, but he did what he could immediately and offered a reasonable adjustment to compensate. The pool was very nice, clean and well kept, but I have to say that the exterior did not meet our expectations for a home in this class. One would expect a property called "Wildflower Retreat" to be beautifully landscaped, but it looked like the extensive flower beds had not been weeded in years and there were numerous discarded items just left lying in the bushes and on the hardscape. Nothing we couldn't live with. Overall, this is a lovely property, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

August in Maine

Spacious house, better than the description. Pool is especially nice. Easy access to Parson beach, one of the nicer beaches in the area. We drove the 1.5 miles to the beach, dropped our stuff and people off and one person drove back to the house and ride a bike down. 5 minute bike ride.

Mostly nice

The property had some wonderful amenities; for instance the pool was fabulous! It was thoroughly enjoyed! The perennial garden and backyard area could have been prettier if it had been weeded. The upstairs and main level had plenty of wonderful space for our large family gathering, but the downstairs bedroom was musty and on a cement floor which definitely was disappointing! Overall, we had a nice time and spend lovely dinners in the large dining room and around the outdoor patio fire-table. There was plenty of dishes and silverware, but not as great with the cookware. They advertised an iron and ironing board which we couldn’t find. As stated, we had a nice time but for the cost, the luxury was spotty.

Summer vacation retreat

Wonderful location to Parsons Beach, Wells, and Kennebunkport. Whale watching was a highlight of our many activities. Maine Dinner and ScoopDeck ice cream are must places to go! Marginal Way another great place you must go in Ongunquit. We all had a great vacation and highly recommend as Our rental Manager and Team were there for all of our questions and needs by phone or text or email. Jamie was the best!

Spacious, stylish, and serene

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this spacious home with beautiful grounds. From the comfortable living room to the well-stocked kitchen to the adorable bunk room, this property really has it all. The outdoor amenities were fantastic. It had a nice balance of being close to town, but also nicely secluded.

Lovely week!

The house was perfect for our extended family. Having the pool was a bonus, and the house was close to beaches. Langford Seafoods was our go to for the freshest lobster and seafood. Would definitely come back!

Wildflower house in August.

The house was terrific, very spacious, comfortable with many great amenities. Perfect for a multi generational family gathering. At a little over a mile to the beach, it was too far to walk with toddlers and beach chairs, but we got by with shuttle car rides and bikes.

Absolutely beautiful house and location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious with tons of room to spread out even a large group like us. The pool was fabulous with a million floats and games. It’s a really lovely area with running trails and the beach within a mile.

Wonderful Home

We stayed here with three families including 5 young kids and the house was wonderful. It is so spacious, very nicely furnished and incredibly well maintained. The pool, hot tub and bonfire in the backyard were so perfect and offered all day/night entertainment. You are very close to Parsons Beach which is very quaint and peaceful and we visited it frequently. A few things to share with future guests that was not shared with me and I would have appreciated knowing: 1). The house DOES offer beach towels! 2). There is a closet filled with pool floats 3). We came across 2 pack n plays and 2 gates for stairs as well as an entire cabinet of kids plates, cups and utensils - we were told there were no kid items! Great stay and I would highly recommend!

New England vacation

We all enjoyed our week at this beautiful home. The week flew by! The kitchen was superb and well stocked. The pool was gorgeous but too cold for me. My grandchildren jumped right in and loved it! I was sad for the week to end!
