Great T1 apartment for holidays in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 10 metres from the beach.

Property comprises: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, large kitchen, living room with 2 sofa beds (2 single beds together and a chaise longue), air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (cold and hot), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs and lounger, to enjoy your holidays.

A short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.



NOTE: Only 5 people are permitted (including adults, children, and babies).



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.



Note:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.



- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Excellent location very noisy.

We really enjoyed the location of this property it is a beautiful large one bedroom, but because it is on the pedestrian street the noise level every night from night clubs and the traffic noise throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep and could not open windows due to noise to get fresh air at night.

Newly renovated apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Playa da Rocha. Furniture and kitchen equipmnet are new and good quality. Not so nice surprise was that electricity and water was not included in the price of rent. It was not mentioned in the advertisement. There is construction work going in the building, sometimes even at night. The owner could not help in this matter but asked to call police.
