Fantastic visit

The unit was large and spacious and very well laid out. You beach is literally steps from your back door. Barrier Dunes was a lovely location at the end of Cape San Blas. We will look to rebook this in the future

Perfect location

This unit is in the perfect location with easy and quick access to the beach. We loved waking up and drinking coffee each morning on the balcony and overlooking the beautiful ocean each day. The unit is very clean, well equipped and plenty of room for our entire family.

Conveniently located near beach. This was as good as it gets. This place was as described and very clean. Kitchen had all that we needed very well stocked with quality stuff. Not what you usually find with rentals.

Barrier Dunes Beach Front

We had so much fun! Four families & multiple teenagers hanging out in easy walking distance with beach at our back porch. My favorite highlight was the beach bonfire! Having our dog, Lovey, with us made everything even better! I wish more VRBOs would be pet-friendly.

Gorgeous Views & Updated Property

This was our second stay at this property. It is a modern & updated facility with breathtaking views right on the beach & steps to the pool. We had a question and reached out to the manager and she immediately responded. We will be back again next year.

Another Fabulous Week at Footprints

❤️❤️❤️This was my 13th visit to Cape San Blas and 2nd stay in Footprints in the Sand!!! Love this townhouse, well appointed, clean, great location beachside and next to pool and pet friendly!!! Ros and Carolyn are wonderful hosts and addressed any issues immediately!! I will absolutely be back to stay here in the future ❤️❤️❤️

Awesome View

Awesome view literally on the beach, no need to get sandy when you can enjoy the beach from the porches! Great condo, well equipped, nice furnishings, newly renovated and updated. Great kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed the condo and location, barrier dunes subdivision has been well maintained over the years. Weather was awesome for the week. No complaints.

Just Perfect

We have stayed in many homes and this one really exceeded our expectations. The location to beach and pool are just steps away. The owners made extra effort to make our dog Winston feel at home. Pet bed, couch cover and dog dishes were a great touch. The beach closet had beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. The cleanliness of this home was 5+ star. Sunsets amazing! We will definitely return. Thank you!

Amazing time in Footprints In the Sand

This property has nice, modern decor, games for family night, a kitchen easy and convenient to cook and a breathtaking view of the ocean. We have stayed in Barrier Dunes many times but this was by far, our favorite townhome. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Beachfront and close to pool

I enjoyed this property. It was clean and directly on the ocean and right beside the pool. The only down side was the uncomfortable seating on the balcony, other than that it was perfect. You can walk from your balcony to the ocean or pool in less than a minute. Check in was a little troublesome and response to messages took a while but overall I definitely recommend.

Wonderful Anniversary Trip

This was our first time to Cape San Blas and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Communication with the owner was great and the property was clean, well maintained, and stocked with the essentials. You’re truly on the beachfront here. The only thing separating you from the water are the beautiful dunes. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
