The staff was very courteous and helpful. There was no blow dryer shampoo conditioner in the room. We discovered a few insects in the bathroom and the manager had the bathroom treated for them right away. They only replace clean towels once a week which I thought was a little long. However, they replenished them as we requested.Overall, the staff made up for all the discrepancies by stepping up and getting things corrected.

Staff were great. Hotel concept not so much. They call it "simple" I would call it stark. No dishes for the suite kitchen, no cookware, no shampoo, no conditioner, etc etc.

The room was in good condition l, clean and the staff was very courteous. There was one small bar of soap in the bathroom for 4 people. That was very disappointing. The complimentary coffee was poor tasting, seemed like it was very weak. Location was very good. Lots of restaurants near by which we appreciated.
