Room was fine but shower was difficult to use. Air conditioner was hard to use. If you turn it off i still felt like air was circulating. Front desk staff was excellent. Staff at complimentary bfst. At Tiki was great. Staff at kava was not all there.

Despite being very transparent on Expedia's site, when I got to the hotel they charged me an additional $495 TTD for my kids. When I spoke to the Supervisor, I was immediately communicated with attitude and abruptly told i have to pay. The toiletries, weren't replenished. Place needs refurbishing. Bathroom door could be open and closed with a push. Breakfast was limited in variety. Will never return to that hotel!
