The first room I was assigned had no hot water. The second room I was in had no hot water either until this morning so I was unable to shower last night after a full day of work and traveling. The only saving grace from the one star was the young man that was very reactive to my situation and tried his best to help me find a solution in the middle of the night. However, the room I was transferred to wasn’t cleaned well. There were hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. For the price and given the size of the hotel chain, I would anticipate there being a suitable system for heating the water through the night. The towel holder behind the door was falling off. There was also old dirty clothes thrown around the parking lot where I had to park my car which was a little scary as a single woman traveler. I wish I had stayed at the smaller hotel a little further from my ultimate destination. I would not stay here again.

Contrary to other reviews, the breakfast was perfectly acceptable and we were really happy with it. The only small issue we had was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable for side sleepers. Outside of that it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be staying here again.
