This property is quite old, and there is mold in the bathroom. The main bedroom is not properly air conditioned and the rest of the unit is outdated and cramped. It is definitely not enough space for the amount of guests indicated in the listing. There was no hot water for a while so there was no way to take a proper shower, the host did not reply promptly with instructions to fix it. There should be written steps at the unit but there is not. Overall, it is not worth the price. Go to a different unit at Sherkston. Do not use VRBO.

Louis was super helpful and responsive. Overall, the property was fine. Could use a little tlc but we didn't spend much time there because of the beach. There is no outside light on the deck, which makes it difficult to enjoy conversation with someone when it gets dark. The key to the trailer and golf cart fell between the deck openings, and it was a feat to recover. I have expressed that the key needs to be on a bigger key chain, as this would have been devastating to our stay if not recovered. The water gets super hot, which has also been passed on to Louis so someone doesn't burn themselves. Every issue we ran into, Louis was quick to try and address where possible. If you're not looking for the Ritz but want a place to touch down in between all the activities to do during the day, then this spot will be fine for you. I would recommend that whoever is cleaning this property between stays do a deep clean and ensure that important spots like the fridge, stove and bathroom are spotless and empty of others' leftovers.
