The 130m² vacation home Catalina 2A Tres Dormitorios is located in Puerto Pollensa, a small town in the northern part of the island of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home also features Wi-Fi, (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view while relaxing outdoors on the garden furniture or sunning on the closed private terrace.
The Catalina block is located in the heart of the Pine Walk Apartments and is just a 5 minute walk to Puerto Pollensa town center and to the Hotel Illa D'Or. The home is just a 5 minute (2 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues and is just a 1 to 3 minute (400 m to 1 km) drive to the beautiful beaches of Platja d'Albercutx and Playa Pollenca. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Cami Boquer and the Vall de Boquer hiking areas just 2 to 7 minutes (650 m to 1 km) by car from the home.
