This deceptively large detached country house is located in peaceful open countryside on an Asphalt country lane in a quiet rural setting. The popular beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente along with the old town of Pollensa and Pollensa's Golf course are all just a few minutes’ drive away.



Villa Palmera is a 6-bedroom property just 2 km. away from Puerto Pollensa, set on two levels. When entering the property, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas. To the right there is a well-equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. This level of the house also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two twins that share a bathroom. Upstairs there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a further twin and double bedrooms that share a bath.



All bedrooms have air conditioning units. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.



Outside there is a fantastic brick-built barbeque, both covered and open terraces, alfresco dining facilities, sun loungers, garden furniture, an enclosed garden, and a huge pool of 72 square metres with roman steps and pool side shower.

Villa Palermo

Overall, satisfactory. The property was clean and comfortable and conveniently placed for Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. It is suited to a large party but the condition of some outside furniture and sun loungers was a little “tired”. There are a couple of low ceilings with inevitable consequences for tall people!

Es war soweit alles ganz prima, bis auf die Küchenausstattung, die war unvollständig und abgenutzt. Das war wirklich nicht gut. Einige Betten / Matratzen waren abgenutzt. Spülmaschine klappte nicht, wurde aber rasch repariert. Die Bäder und Toiletten sollten auch alsbald erneuert werden. Waren sauber aber sehr veraltet. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt . Pool war kalt aber klasse.
