This is a charming house located just outside Pollensa.It has two floors, is very spacious and has lots of natural light.On the ground floor large living room with direct access to the terrace, bright fully modern and well equipped kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms of good size and very bright,: one double with a bathroom en suite and two doubles sharing a bathroom. It should be noted that the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.Large covered terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy lunch and dinner with friends and family as well as a barbecue and great views of the countryside. The pool is a good size (8x4mts)and together with the terraces and garden make this house have everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation.The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market. In addition, the village has its well-known Calvary stairs, 365 steps that will take us to the highest part of the town where we can enjoy unbeatable views of the town and its surrounding mountains, as well as the beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Puerto de Alcudia. The 9 hole Pollensa Golf course is only a 5 minute drive away.( CAN MARES - ETV/236 )
