Heading towards La Font, on the outskirts of Pollenca, you arrive at Hipocamp. This traditional villa represents a warm and cozy atmosphere, making guests feel at home immediately. The inside of the property has been renovated in the last two years to the highest standard, including an ultra-modern kitchen and 3 high-specification bathrooms.

Located in the foothills of the mountains, you reach the villa passing a delightful cipres tree-lined avenue. The front garden is planted with trees and bushes, The villa’s generous garden incorporates a sizeable family pool plus shaded veranda and terrace. The pool benefits from the leafy shade of the trees - everything adds to the traditional character of this property.



The lounge leads to a covered terrace with garden and a separate barbecue area. Next to the sitting and dining room with Majorcan furniture, you will find a modern kitchen. Three comfortable twin-bedrooms share three bathrooms. Please note that AC is installed in the bedrooms, thereby ensuring you get a good nights sleep.



Situated 10 minutes’ walk from Pollensa town, the villa enjoys an enviable position in LaFont district, offering both privacy and tranquility.

Fantastic holiday villa, smart interior, large private garden, great pool. Short walk to Pollensa.

Private family villa, in smart neighbourhood on edge of Pollensa old town. Very smart/modern interior and modern amenities: garden and pool much larger than expected; perfect for relaxing getaway and family holidays. Spacious drive for car parking and garage for eg bike storage - cycle path next to property and short walk along quiet lane to restaurants of Pollensa old town. Beaches 5 mins away - choice of Puerto Pollensa, Formentor and other smaller coves of northern coast. Airport in Palma 30 to 40 minutes' drive. All in all an ideal spot for anyone looking for a spacious, clean, modern and private holiday stay - 3 bedrooms will easily sleep six; spotless, whitewashed interior, all modcons plus nice to see owners have stocked with Zara bedding and kitchenware. Villa sits on private road - kids can play happily in one of the largest gardens we have enjoyed when renting a holiday villa. Pool also very large, and even better it is heated. Villa agent extremely helpful and welcoming - English-speaking, based nearby in Pollensa and happy to help with any questions we had about property and local area. Great cycling country all around, plus close to both beaches and other attractions including Alcudia and Tramontana mountains. All in all, a perfect holiday villa!
