I booked a corner room 3 years in a row. My nephew has lost her father tragically three years ago at 40 years old. It’s a thing we’ve been doing. We ended up with a completely different room. The girl at the front desk was not accommodating. The room had no utensils. No way to cook food no plates. I am extremely disappointed.

Rooms are beautiful. We had a Queen Queen Studio and there was plenty of room, sofa and kitchenette. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. We had a holiday dinner in Salt restaurant. Food was delicious and staff very friendly. We would definitely stay again.
