You'll feel right at home in our Cozy Cottage. We call it "Don't Fall Inn" this unique property sits on a nice leveled cliff overlooking the inlets of the Beautiful Pemi River.  Perfectly situated on South Main St. in a low traffic area of Plymouth, with no houses within view is the cottage.  

You cannot get any more Private than the location of this house near downtown Plymouth. The front of the Cottage is Hidden from the Road by 8ft tall wooden fences on either side of the Gated Driveway.

You'll love resting your head on the very comfortable queen size bed and waking up to the morning sunlight peeing through the Picturesque window next to you.
You can go cross-country skiing or snowmobiling right in the backyard. Or if you prefer you can choose to go Skiing, Snowboarding at the Waterville Valley Resorts, Owls Nest without having to pay their high prices as they are just 10 to 15 minutes north of Plymouth.

You will love eating your breakfast and other meals in the nice large Newly Remodeled eat-in Kitchen with All Brand New Stainless Steel Appliances, including Microwave, and an oversized custom built kitchen island.

Both bedrooms are very unique and have cathedral ceilings & Engineered wood floors. The larger bedroom has a Beautiful Picturesque Window and Ceiling fan, Queen size bed and an extra hidden twin size bed for more sleeping room if needed. The Smaller bedroom has large windows and a Custom Built bunk style bed containing a twin size bed on top with a full-size bed beneath.

There is a large full modern bathroom with a tub and large Custom Cabinet for your towels and essentials. The alcove near the Bathroom contains a full-size side by side washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Backyard Overlooks Inlet of the Pemi River, great for Swimming, Tubing a little Back Deck area, a Designated BBQ area, and a custom Built Fire Pit surrounded by an oversize amphitheater styled sitting to enjoy the warmth of the evening fire in the cooler months.  This Lovely Cottage is a Great Place to Come and Make Some New Awesome Memories,  Whether you're a couple looking to have a romantic stay or families looking for a nice week getaway.  You can have it all at the "Don't Fall Inn" in the very beautiful Plymouth, NH.
