The hotel looks rather like a motel from the outside, but the room was pleasingly clean and well-equipped. The "continental" breakfast was rather symbolic, but it was on par with the typical supply for the price range. The only big drawback was the noise from the neighbors' bathroom fan that was unbearable. The sound insulation is "standard" there, meaning - hardly existing. Therefore, 3.5 points is the fair mark for this hotel, particularly considering the lower-level town it is located in.

We picked this motel because it was in the area we wanted to stay, but were overall disappointed. The interior door locks were both broken, wifi was erratic, and the breakfast was minimal. The owners were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view, but I wouldn't stay there again.

I thought this hotel was awesome! The rooms were very clean and had plenty of room. When I usually go to NH I stay at another hotel but we decided to try this one out and now we will continue to go to this hotel every time! The staff was very nice and had a cute little breakfast in the morning.

The properly is apparently undergoing some upgrades - the decor was much nicer than you'd expect for the price - furniture tasteful, room was quite large. Fridge and other minor appliances appeared to be fairly new. The bed was great. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Will surely stay there again when I'm in the area.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. older TV but it worked well and had a lot of channels. My only complaint was the noise just outside my room which was next to the motel office. I had to get an early start in the morning so I went to bed at 9:30 and was awakened at around 10 when a small group of people were talking right outside the door. That lasted for close to an hour but was quiet after that. I would stay there again though since it was actually a very comfortable but dated room.

I came to check in late and was told because I came late, they sold my room to another customer. I was left stranded in a strange unfamiliar area at night!

The staff was very courteous. Old, but clean, and inexpensive place to park ones head.

Needed a hotel quickly due to inclement weather while camping and this was the cheapest in the area. I paid $66 for convenience but would not recommend this as a hotel if you have more time to search the area for something more worth the money. The description said the rooms were recently renovated, must have been the new comforters on the beds because the bathroom had a pea green toilet, shower and sink circa 1970's. Bed was somewhat squeaky (glad I was there alone), sheets seemed to be clean and bleached, overall a clean room. Staff was super accommodating, welcoming and flexible about check out time and whatever I needed during my stay. I appreciated that due to the circumstances that brought me to that hotel. Worked for what I needed that evening but would not choose for a long term stay.

The staff were very nice and are clearly committed to making improvements - it seems like a work in progress that's moving in the right direction!

The hotel was exactly what I needed. Cheap and very affordable.

I was there for work - 3 day trip. The desk clerk was extremely nice and went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. He even returned our missing luggage to our door - insisted even. It's not the most up-to-date or trendy decor, but it was comfortable, clean and inviting. Great value.

Security is questionable. Door to the room is left wide open during the day when they are cleaning. All doors are open at the same time for hours while no one is inside. Lock your things in your car and leave nothing with personal I.D. in the room! This is a busy college town! When you do return to the room during the day, they knock on the door within an hour and want to know how things are. Maybe they want to know who is in the room! No Security, no privacy

Very disappointed. We needed two beds and were given a room with one. They did bring us a cot after we complained. The toilet was gross and kept running...I fixed it myself. We had to park on grass since there were not enough parking spaces for all the guests. Even small things like the remote for the TV were weird. It beeped EVERY time you changed the channel. Just annoying. The location was convenient which is why we stayed but we will book somewhere else the next time.

great deal and excellent location for Hikers! Free breakfast in the morning before hitting the trail. Good overall experience.

Was ok for the price. The room was a little cold considering it was below zero and you couldn't adjust the thermostat.

Excellent value for the location and room -

I pulled up and there were no cars in the parking lot. I did not even think they were open. I got a room way in back on 2nd floor. I was a woman alone and a little uneasy about how secluded it was. The stairs seemed like they might give way as I climbed. The room smelled a little but I decided I was being silly and I would lock the door and go to sleep. Thats when I noticed there was no lock. It had been ripped out. I tried to turn the bolt but it would not turn in the lock. I thought if I was watching myself in a movie I would say RUN! I did not even feel up to complaining and getting another room. It was over 100 dollars down the toilet. I found another hotel.

I stayed a night in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints other than a super firm bed (which some people may like) and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom, I would say could use improvement. The area was nice and quiet and a really enjoyable stay overall.

The hotel was very clean and in a good location. The staff was very nice. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was closed and the complientary breakfast was very poor.

The building and pool are older and need work but the staff, location, and weighed heavy on our opinion. Would stay again.
