Pureserviced has been providing quality luxury short term rental properties in the ocean city of Plymouth for five years, with most of our properties being very close to the water.



As a family business we are very conscious of ensuring all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during their time with us. We employ our own team of guest relations staff, housekeepers, and maintenance to ensure the quality of our properties is maintained to a high standard.



A luxury two bedroom apartment, based on the basement floor . The building itself is a wonderful Grade 2 star property near Plymouth Hoe, built in the mid 1800s.



The apartment itself has two bedrooms, both with king sized beds and a family bathroom.



There is superfast wifi throughout the property , and there is a smart TV in the lounge area.



The kitchen is fully equipped to enable any length of stay from one night up to several months, making the property perfect for self catering stays, with a Tesco Express being nearby to enable easy access for grocery shopping during your stay.

No 1 Windsor Villas is a beautiful Grade 2 star listed building detached building, which has undergone extensive renovations in 2024.



World famous Plymouth Hoe is just 250 yards away, with its wide open spaces and amazing views across Plymouth Sound and out to sea.



The historic Barbican area of the city, with its links to America and the Mayflower Steps, is just a ten minute stroll from the building.



With such a central position you will be no more than 100 yards walk from both the front of the Hoe with its superb views and the Theatre Royal and Royal Parade and only 200 yards from the Barbican and Millbay.
