Boutique Luxury Hotel on the Beach

This special place is located on the white sandy beach of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean just south of Playa del Carmen.

Notice: We have three weeks available. Each rental week starts on Saturday through Saturday. Minimum stay is one week. The available weeks for 2022 are: March 5 - 12, March 12 -19 and March 19 - 26. You can take one, two or all three weeks.

Very secure upscale Full-Service Hotel in the quiet gated community of Playacar Phase I. You can walk to the famous 5th Ave either on the beach or on the cobblestone streets.
This is not an all-inclusive resort but several meal packages are available to purchase. There is a full-service restaurant and bar. All units have full kitchens.
This large condo has two master suites, one with a king size bed, the other suite with two queen beds and a kitchenette. Both with en-suite bathrooms.
The common area has a full kitchen, dining room, a full bathroom and a sofa-bed for additional guests.

Regular maid service is included.
