This penthouse property is beautifully maintained as a second home for a family from the US. The furnishings are high quality and the property is very spacious with 1200 sq ft of interior space; a large main floor balcony; plus an additional 800 sq ft of open-air rooftop privacy for grilling dining, and enjoying the jacuzzi.
This apartment is equipped with 5G internet and is a favorite with digital nomads. Our beautiful condo complex is equipped and welcoming for guests of all ages. It includes a toddler and children's toy-equipped playroom; a gym (which our family loves); ping pong and pool table; as well as spacious covered or sunny seating areas around our lovely tropical garden interior area. We are 1 1/2 blocks from the shopping and dining of northern Quinta Avenida, and a delightful 10-minute walk to the beach. Our building has 24-hour security and designated underground parking.
Our two-bedroom penthouse has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring luxurious linens and plush deep mattresses. The guest room features a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the queen bedroom has a plush full mattress that rolls out. Great for families with children. The fully equipped kitchen and lovely dining room may inspire you to stay in and enjoy our lovely dining areas (inside and two open-air tables) We have excellent nearby local groceries and a new huge high-end gourmet specialties and imported food supermarket around the corner of our block. There is a wonderful selection of superb restaurants on Quinta Avenida. Italian, Argentinian, Thai, or traditional Mayan? we have them in Playa and most happily deliver. Make sure you sample some of the super traditional taquerias on Ave.30th. Economical and mouthwatering!

Fabulous suite and building
We loved this suite which was nicely furnished and very spacious. We loved the condo building with its great pool area and facilities. The location was walkable to the beaches, stores, restaurants and bars. The people in the other suites were all very friendly. The owner was very helpful when we needed anything. We would love to return and recommend this one to everyone.

Location and amenities superb!
We returned home recently from a 3 month stay at this beautiful condo! We really enjoyed the large balcony and spacious rooftop amenities. The location is second to none in downtown playa. Close to beach but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet!

The property is nice and as pictured the host was very helpful.
The fourth floor penthouse was great, but with no working elevator and no mentioning of that in the description, it was very difficult for my Husband who has knee pain. The pool is nice and the double paned windows allow you to have quiet whenever you like. We were really enjoying it. Then the power went out for 2 days. We had no water, power, period. We were told it would be set right in a couple of hours, which became 2 days at least. We would have appreciated some assistance getting an interim place as without power it became uninhabitable. It was very unsettling alter the second afternoon without power we requested to terminate our 30 day stay as it was untenable. We got a partial refund from the host who is a lovely woman. I realize it was a loss for her also. We have as yet been unable to reach VRBO- their online "help" keeps giving me the message to try again later. I am hoping now that we are back in the stated we can contact them for an appropriate refund. Pros- the place is as nice as pictured the check in was easy and the concierge very friendly. There are lots of nice places to eat and shop nearby. Cons- no working elevator may be an issue for you.

Nice condo and location, but not worth it.
The condo is nice and the location is very good, just a few minutes walking to the Fifth Ave. Unfortunately, you can not use your own Rooftop or balcony after 10:00p.m. If you just want to seat there and have a regular conversation (no music, no high volume, only 2 people!) with another person, it's just not possible. The security guard will threaten you about applying fines or shutting off the power if you don`t go inside and stay quiet. It's ridiculous, not exaggerating. I own and rent properties too and I understand how this things work, but this was just completely unreasonable. So, its not worth it and sadly I feel ripped off (I paid more than 3,000usd).

The apartment is as advertised. Nice building. Close to everything. Parking garage is a bonus. Great views from rooftop, very fast internet. The best thing was Jessy, the property manager. Very accommodating and great tips for local eateries and places of interest. We had a great family vacation. The onky negative is the lighting. One spotlight was out, but even with that, the place can use a little more light at night. Jessy took pictures and I am certain they will add more light fixtures.

Safe Location and Walking distance to the main strip
The condominium was nice, spacious and clean along with a friendly staff at the building. Great place to cook, grill and chill after a long day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this flat for somebody that is looking to get a way from the busy and noisy main strip “5th Ave”.
The were a couple of things that were not working on our arrival and we’re brought up to the management team (range and the sink in the 2nd bedroom)

Well-maintained complex and well equipped condo!
We enjoyed our 3 weeks stay in this condo, since this penthouse condo is well equipped and the Sabbia - Complex is well maintained. This condo is only some minutes away from the Mamitas Beach or the vivid 5th Ave. Some good Mexican restaurants are around the corner and the supermarkets Walmart and Mega Market are not far away. Advantageous is to have a underground parking for your car.
