The condo is lovely, 10 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the superstore, the property manager easy to communicate. The main issue was a building. The elevator didn't work 5 days out of 10, for 3 days out of 10 we didn't have any water in the condo. Not a pleasant experience

Great location - basically on the corner of 5ta Ave and a block from 38th street (beautiful street with lots of tropical trees and romantic restaurants), about 3 blocks to the beach, and a Chedraui grocery store is a few blocks away. Restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacy, laundromat and shops within a block. The live music from the bar around the corner is definitely audible in the evenings... Usually until 11 o 12pm. It wasnt a huge deal for me because it's NOT a club with ground shaking base pumping all night. The people who live in the lot next to the building have a rooster, also wasn't a problem for me but may be for some. The building itself was quiet and secure (Very long code to enter at the main door), and no loud guests. This unit is a 2 level penthouse with 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms, 2 televisions and 2 beds. The second level is accessible via stairs inside the unit and is like a loft so there is no door separating the upstairs bedroom from the bed downstairs. There is plenty of closet space upstairs and down. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful jetted tub that can seat 2 or 3 people. Unfortunately it's not hooked up to a heated water supply and was just too cold for us to get into. Being that it's indoors (although next to the balcony/ windows) there is no direct sunlight and warm air like an outdoor pool gets to warm the water. The tub was one of the reasons I chose this specific unit for a romantic getaway... But we couldn't get in past our knees.
