Beautiful cabin that was very private and close to several nice fishing areas. We had a wonderful fishing trip down to the lake and the cabin was a perfect fit for the two of us. Hot tub was nice and inside an enclosed patio for the rainy evenings. We would stay again!

The property is as advertised! Very clean, well furnished, comfortable, quiet, and no TV or internet ... Exactly what we were looking for! The property manager and assistants were super communicative and helpful, the in room guides were helpful and the hot tub perfect for relaxation!

Overall the cabin was good and we had a great time. However there were a few issues just to be aware of. 1) the light in the hot tub area wasn’t working ( previous review also mentioned) 2) the grill seen in the pictures had no propane tank 3) the stove top temperature controls were very temperamental making it hard to cook.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I came down from central IA for a weekend getaway and our stay was perfect! We had no distractions and were able to focus on each other wholeheartedly. Nice Quiet Getaway

For the most part the stay was great, only downside is there were a few bugs in the place when we arrived. They were easily gotten rid of. The place was quiet, very peaceful, and hikes/state park were near and a great way to spend the day! Very appreciative of the book that was put together of near by attractions.

Hot tub!

The cabin was exactly as advertised. We were in the hot tub when a storm rolled in, which was glorious! The cabin was clean and comfortable. The bed wasn't exactly the Four Seasons, but we still slept soundly! I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet getaway off the beaten path.

Weekend Get Away

I got the cabin because my son was racing at Wheatland and was suppose to be all weekend. Unfortunately he broke the first night so we had an entire weekend with no plans. We played lots of board games, soaked in the hot tub, had a campfire and just relaxed all weekend. After a very bad start it turned out to be a great stay.
