The hosts Andrew and Andy were very welcoming. Communication with them was excellent when our flight was delayed and we needed some restaurant recommendations. Location is very central. Being central, there is some noise late in the night from local bars and restaurants but I slept through it. Walking distance to the main sights and the train station. The double bedroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and they booked a taxi for us back to the airport

Exceptional Hospitality in the Heart of Pisa!

Fantastic stay! Andy and Andrew were excellent hosts. Upon arrival, Andy suggested places to visit and marked them on a map for us. Andrew kindly took our bags to the room and waited until we got there to give us a tour of the facilities. My room was on the third floor, but there is a lift, so access was no problem. Our bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the wooden shutters on the windows ensured total blackout for a great night’s sleep. A mini fridge with complimentary water, Coke, and other drinks was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was relaxed, with a good selection of options. I have no complaints at all about my stay and would highly recommend this B&B to anyone—10/10! Andy also contacted me via WhatsApp the day before check-in to offer parking recommendations and ask for my estimated arrival time, which was very helpful. He even sent the B&B’s location to my phone, making navigation from the train station effortless. The B&B is about a 7-10 minute stroll to the Leaning Tower, with plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Pisa

Very welcoming people, both on line as well as in person. The property is beautifully appointed, the room and the bathroom are spacious and tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean. Breakfast choices were various from typical continental to a cooked breakfast. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for the hosts and were very attentive. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a stay close to attractions of Pisa

Fantastic stay, thanks to the lovely owners

The owners were so lovely and friendly. They also provided a few food tips which was perfect as we arrived late evening. Breakfast was a mix of prepped (ex. yogurt, granola) and made to order items (ex. Eggs, bacon), which were great. Location is central, so everything was easily accessible. There’s also an elevator ;)

Andrew and Andy could not have been more gracious and hospitable. Friendly and helpful, literally nothing was too much trouble for them. The building is old and with plenty of character, beautiful frescoes ceiling in the rooms, only as it is located right in the centre of town it may be a little noisy in the morning but the rest more than makes up for it and we would definitely go back.
