Our kids and grandkids enjoyed their stay tremendously. The house had plenty of space for their family of 5. The layout was perfect and the house was very clean. They really enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you!

The Mulligan house was a pleasure to stay at. It was myself and three of my friends. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room. Everything was super clean. Playing a lot of golf every day we took advantage of the beautiful backyard. We used the hot tub every morning before our rounds and every post round at night. We had drinks around the fire pit, and we barbecued one night. We will be definitely staying at the Mulligan house next year.

The backyard of this property was perfect for a buddies' trip. Grill and firepit with enough room for the entire group to sit around. Plenty of room and sleeping accommodations for everyone to stay comfortably. We'd definitely stay here again next time. The host was accessible and very pleasant to work with.

Great location, lovely house

House matches the description in the listing ….only small negative was the hot tub didn’t work for the first two nights and we were really looking forward to that amenity , but the prop manager had someone come fix it by the last day so we could atleast use it for the last night . Great location proximity for the golf courses

Firecracker Open 2024 Butler Cabin

We go to Pinehurst every year the week of The Masters Golf Tournament to enjoy our family (all men) tournament. The house worked great for us as it allowed for everyone (11 of us) to have a bed. The location is great for access to the area golf courses. We hope to book this house for 2025. Thank you.

Great Location for a Golf Trip

We had eight people for a guys golf trip. The house was in an ideal location for golf in Pinehurst.and Southern Pines. The house is in great shape and has plenty of amenities to make our visit comfortable and fun.

Beds were comfortable, but falling apart. Shower curtain had lots of mold, that was a dark color.....complete turnoff. overall, nice place. but when 3 guys bowed out because of physical ailments, i still paid for 12.....obviously, i should have cancelled and booked smaller elsewhere.... joebellinojr.

Awesome Stay for Group Golf Weekend

Our group of 16 really enjoyed our stay at The Mulligan House in Pinehurst! Great location with easy access to all Pinehurst has to offer. Backyard patio and hot tub were the perfect way to unwind after golf.

Great stay with group of friends!

Had a great experience! The Owner of the property was very responsive. She went out of her way to replace a blow up mattress within 24 hours which was very nice. Outdoor patio space was great! Provided cornhole, grill, and hot tub. Overall, it was exactly what our group was looking for!

Bed / Room arrangements are not as listed

We were super excited to find the Mulligan house. Finding a house in the Pinehurst area that is not all twin beds is like finding a unicorn. Sadly the property bed arrangement is listed wrong and what we thought was a unicorn was just a pretty pony. My husband called it a bait & switch experience, but I think it was a lack of effort. We were in town for a family gathering: Aka, couples and adults not wanting to deal with their feet hanging off a twin bed. Boy, were we surprised when we showed up to a charming house with 1 not 2 king beds, 2 not 4 queen beds, and 9 not 3 twins. That was a wee bit shocking with no magic unicorn wand to change the rooms to match the listing. We were also charged an additional guest fee of $120 without explaining what makes up an " additional guest." Besides that, the house was lovely. The porch and yard made for a beautiful place to enjoy our family gathering. Also, I could just be a confused old-schooler complaining about how it used to be. But, another odd thing that is becoming common within vacation rentals. You are being asked to strip the beds, bring the dirty sheet and towels to the laundry room and start the laundry with the same cleaning fee and no benefits.

This house was perfect for our first trip to Pinehurst. Kim was great to work with and very responsive with any questions we had for her. It has everything you could need and more with plenty of space. We will definitely be back!

Great Location and Property!

The Mulligan House is a beautiful home and convenient to Southern Pines and Pinehurst golf and wedding venues. I would recommend to anyone looking for lots of space and ease of travel to surrounding locations.

Perfect for a Golf Getaway

Had a group of 8 guy in town for a week of golf. Was perfectly located right in the middle of all Pinehurst had to offer. Super clean. Great backyard fire pit and hot tub. Just a great rental.

Group Golf Trip

House was perfect for our group of 15 on a golf trip to Pinehurst. Backyard is great, appliances are new, plenty of space, very clean and comfortable. Very well located to all Pinehurst area golf courses.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Great home close to everything in Pinehurst. Easy check-in and check-out. Outdoor space was great with a gas fire pit, hot tub, covered porch, and grill.

Great outdoor space

The house was perfect for our golf outing. It had excellent outdoor space that allowed us to stay outside during Covid. We loved the propane powered fire pit and grilling station. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great home in a great location

Wonderful home located in a central spot for quick access to everything Pinehurst has to offer. The owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need to have a perfect weekend. Amazing hospitality.
