Beautiful view from the porch! Short drive to town

The staff at the office was very friendly helping us with check in and gave us fabulous directions to our cabin. The cabin was clean and nice. The cabin comes with only bedding, towels and dishes. The grill did have gas. It was clean, we thought our cabin was a two bedroom with a pool table in the loft, but it was a one bed room with a king in the loft and no pool table. That may have been our miss understanding. The cabin had a 3 sided wrap around deck with 4 rocking chairs and a porch swing which we enjoyed. The hot tub was operational and our kids loved it. (adult children) We enjoyed our days in town and nights at the cabin. A very quite area. We made breakfast each morning and all the appliances worked- although old. The drive up to our cabin was a little scary- the road is very narrow and was washed out in one area. Although I think that just made for some good stories! We took this trip with our two adult children and one of their spouses. Was a fabulous environment for us and we will definitely do it again,

home for a few days

We had a nice stay in our cabin. It was nice and quiet, and relaxing. It was a rather steep and narrow path to our cabin, but that didn't bother us. We really only spent time in the cabin when it was time for bed, but was very home like, and a clean place.

it was a cabin in the mountains cabin was great roads getting there were narrow and winding otherwise all good

Rental Company Pushy for Payment Before Arrival.

We stayed in the "Honey Spot" and were pleasantly surprised to find this cabin had not only a hot tub, but a pool table, porch swing, rockers, and plenty of space for our family of 5. The cleanliness was superb and the view spectacular! Our only complaint was after booking through this site the rental company called the day before our arrival wanting to confirm our stay by paying in advance. We assured them we would be checking in the next day around 12-1, although check-in time was not until 4p.m. We agreed to pay upon arrival. We arrived around 12 and had to kill time exploring until 3:30, as our cabin was not ready. Imagine our surprise to return home to find the rental company had called again on our arrival day stating our reservations would be cancelled if they did not here from us by 10a.m.Thankfully they did not cancel and we were able to stay in a lovely cabin! Bottom line, if the rental company does not wish to use booking sites such as these for individuals to "pay when they stay" they should reconsider, but not call the customer demanding payment beforehand.

Smokey mountain lodging

Cabin was tucked away in the mountains, not the park area but close enough. It was roughly 2-3 miles from the city center so you can't really take in adult beverages and drive back. We stayed 2 nights, and loved the peaceful surroundings. My wife and I enjoyed the coziness and it had all the amenities. We even stopped and grilled out one day which was better than the restaurant food we had. I would definitely recommend this cabin. Price was right, setting was perfect as you have an awesome view of the mountains!

Beautiful retreat in the mountains.

We arrived at our cabin and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was...especially for the price. Heart shaped Jacuzzi tub, rustic decor, nice deck which had rockers and a hot tub, pool table upstairs. Very clean and nice. The only issue we had was that the hot tub would not come on. We called the office and the maintenance man was sent immediately. He was unable to fix it but we were credited money back to our card for this inconvenience. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Over priced and gross

Water was smelly, cabin was not clean, very hard to find, directions horrible, out dated, internet sucked, hot tub was wack and dirty, and swing was broken. Oh yeah the cable sucked.
