The checkin staff was very rude and had a I don't give a crap attitude. I booked the rooms thru Expedia for a group of 12 6 Adults and 6 Children. The guy that was doing the checkin ask me who was going to be in each room and I told him the truth (per the way I booked the room on Expedia) 1 room would have 3 adults because our son is special needs he tried to charge me$15.00 extra per night for him to be in the same room with his parents he can't stay any any other room and that is the way the reservation was booked.i refused to pay the extra because it had already been paid in advance thru Expedia.I also found out when I got there they require a $100.00 per room damage and Cleaning Deposit. Surprise!!! They said it was from Expedia but the hotel is the

The outside of the property is absolutely filthy and in dire need of repair & upgrading. They charge a $100 deposit upon check-in, & scam you out of $5, & you only get $95 back. There was a hair & stain on a hand towel. TV didn't work the whole time we were there (2 nights)—very blurry picture, doesn't get certain channels, etc. Wi-fi is horrible—very spotty. The traffic noise is awful & we needed internet to work for white noise. It kept going off & on. Pull-out sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable & makes loud noise each time you move. Not one hook anywhere on backs of doors to hang things. The sink is outside the bathroom, which is extremely inconvenient & wakes everyone up in the room when you have to wash your hands during the night. Bathroom door squeaks & wakes everyone up. Horrible odor when you walk in the lobby—smells like a mixture of bug spray & some other kind of chemical. The property is horribly dirty. Everywhere you look. Outdoor carpets are nasty, the elevator is nasty, everything is so dirty and run down. There was police tape across one of the balcony railings—we assumed it is because the railing is unsafe to hold on to? It gave us a terribly unsafe feeling the night we arrived. The ice machine was broken when we arrived, but they did repair it rather quickly. You get a free breakfast voucher to go to Reagan's next door, which was really nice, but if you want more than pancakes and a drink, you have to pay $6.00 to upgrade to the full buffet.

We have been staying here for years and this time was the worst experience. The staff told my husband upon checking in there was no first floor rooms but they had an elevator. Well elevator was out. Ice machine was out of order laundry was out of order heater in room didn’t show the degreaser had to guess if it was gonna be warm enough.
It’s winter time. You don’t paint if the winter.

Our original room when we checked in wasn’t clean. Dirty sheets balled up on the bed. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Our trash was overflowing . My sister had to take her dirty towels to the office to exchange them. Not sure when they are supposed to clean rooms.
