Facility is always clean and comfy. Staff is always super nice. Breakfast food is not very tasty. Food service staff should be reviewed for cleaning methods and safe clean up. Overall, we always enjoy staying at the location.

Check-in at the hotel was smooth and easy. However, the room itself was not clean. There was dirt on the bathroom floor, dust covering the nightstand and light fixtures, and a thick buildup of dust on the A/C unit. The top of the TV and the headboard were also coated in dust. The next morning, a housekeeping team—a mother and son—came to clean the room. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to remove all the dust and clean the A/C filters, which were caked with debris. They apologized repeatedly and explained that this wasn’t their usual floor, as they were filling in. I truly appreciated their extra effort and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues extended beyond the room. The elevators had dirty floors, walls, and doors, and the lobby floor near the elevators was dirty and sticky. Overall, the hotel needs to improve the cleaning and sanitizing of the guest rooms, common areas, and pool area.

Great price with some nice perks

Looked at many hotel options online, but chose this one for the price and the sink outside of the toilet/shower room. We were glad that we did. It’s an older hotel, but that means you get a more spacious room and the walls aren’t paper thin. Hardly heard noise outside our room even though we were right by the elevator (and the hotel was full - No Vacancy sign was lit up). Free breakfast and balcony were nice perks too. Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Would stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay at Park Grove Inn. Our room was very clean and comfortable.We liked it being off the main parkway and was much quieter for sleeping. The only negative we have is to offer some type of meat on the breakfast bar such as bacon or sausage. We would stay here again.

The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated for fall/Halloween. We were greeted with a smile and the desk clerk was very friendly. Quick check in. Our room was on the 5th floor. It was a double queen room. Very spacious and clean. Nice walk in shower. My only complaint is I wish there was a table on the other sides of the beds for plugging up a phone and to set things down on. There is only a night stand in between the two beds. The breakfast had lots of options (but no bacon or sausage). The lady looking out for the breakfast was very polite and made sure things were kept full. The hotel isn’t right on the strip, but is close enough to walk to a few places and drivable to every thing else close by. It was very nice and we would stay here again.

Didn't use the pool. Liked the balcony very much, but would have liked a deadbolt lock on the door to the balcony, as room next door had easy access to our outside door. No on disturbed us, but they could have easily.
