Ziel unserer Träume

Wir waren von Beginn (Buchung) bis zur Abreise einfach begeistert von dem Objekt. Die Versilia, die wir seit 1990 immer wieder besuchen, das Tal in Valdicastello Carducci, der Strand und ja, die Badeanstalten in Forte dei Marmi, einfach ein Traum!! Das Haus, hier(wunderbare Lage, alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden), die Besitzer Enrica und Allesandro, sind bezaubernde Menschen, die uns in jeder Situation geholfen haben. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder bei den beiden buchen.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Blick von der Terrasse auf's Mittelmeer. Die Auffahrt über den in Serpentinen angelegten Privatweg gestaltete sich für uns etwas schwierig. Dank der hilfsbereiten, im Haus wohnenden Vermieter wurde das Problem schnell gelöst.

Wunderbarer Urlaubsort

Die Ferienwohnung gehört zu einem sehr schönen Haus in angenehm ruhiger Lage auf einem Hügel zwischen Meer und Bergen. Ideal für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Ausflüge zum Strand. Die große Terrasse am Haus lädt aber auch zum Verweilen ein. Pietrasanta ist mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen; auch eine ausgezeichnete Trattoria ist nicht weit entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben: sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die immer darauf achten, dass es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohung mit sehr netten Vermietern

Wir waren schon das zweite mal da, damit ist ja schon fast alles gesagt :-). Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Gîte très agréable et en bon état, vue superbe, pain délicieux, propriétaires disponibles tout en étant discrets... La mer est proche, Pietrasanta et Viareggio ont un charme fou et les carrières de marbre sont vraiment étonnantes. Et puis, cela reste assez calme au mois de juillet. A conseiller sans hésitation !! Nous sommes par contre plus perplexes par rapport aux tarifs pratiqués par le site intermédiaire. Une fois encore, les payeurs sont invités à payer un surplus de 10 % pour pouvoir endosser le rôle de conseiller par la suite. Le principe ne me dérange pas, à condition de rester dans des marges raisonnables...

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung besteht wie beschrieben aus einer Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Bad. Die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht, incl. großem Kühlschrank. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett ohne Aufdringlich zu sein. Vom Chef des Hauses gab es jeden Tag eine Auswahl frisches Brot, da er in einer Bäckerei arbeitet. Wir waren mit einer 5köpfigen Familie in dem Haus, dafür evtl etwas eng, war aber kein wirkliches Problem, da wir eh nur zum Schlafen im Haus waren - uns hat es gereicht. Man hat eine Terrasse mit Pavilion, Licht und einem schönen Blick bis zum Meer. Da haben wir auch immer gegessen und gefrühstückt. Die Waschmaschine der Vermieter kann mitbenutzt werden, auch die Wäscheleinen zwischen den Olivenbäumen. Ca. 50m vom Haus ist ein Carport für das Auto, den wir gerne genutzt haben, da wir dadurch immer mit einem kühlen Auto zum Strand oder zu Ausflügen starten konnten. Man könnte auch direkt vorm Haus parken. Das Haus zu finden ist nicht einfach, jedoch ein kurzer Anruf bei Frau Bruni und sie holt einen mit dem Auto ab und zeigt den Weg. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die geteerten Serpentinen sehr eng sind. Ob es einfach oder schwierig wird, liegt am Wendekreis des Autos - unseres hat einen großen. Ab dem 3ten Tag hatten wir die Auffahrt aber fest im Griff. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, gut ausgestattet, sehr schön gelegen, sehr nettes Umfeld, was will/braucht man mehr im Urlaub.

schönes kleines Landhaus in ruhiger Lage am Hang

Die kleine Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für max 4 Personen. 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnküche. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch im Landhausstil ausgestattet. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und in Mitten der Natur ist sehr schön. Die Auffahrt geht sehr steil und eng ca 50 zum Grundstück herauf. Es gibt Am Haus einen kühlen schattigen Parkplatz und einen Pavillon zum Sitzen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr nett. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Brot vom Bäcker persönlich. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis geh absolut in Ordnung.
