Holiday Home 'Chiara' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The villa offers every comfort, air conditioning, a garden, and parking. Located opposite the beach resorts, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Ideal for four people, it can comfortably accommodate up to six. The villa consists of two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, and a kitchenette. The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary utensils and crockery. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, TV, safe, barbecue, sofa bed, and portable WiFi modem. The two bathrooms include one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The partly tiled garden features sun loungers, tables, and chairs for dining under the equipped veranda. Near the gate, there is enough space to park 2-3 cars. The villa, located opposite the beach resorts of Marina di Pietrasanta, is ideal for families with children or elderly people, but also for young people thanks to the renowned nightclubs and the lively nightlife of nearby Forte dei Marmi. The villa is independent, and you have access to the entire garden and parking area.
